The hand prayer

We learned a "handy" way to pray today that's with you at all times.  Each finger of your hand serves as a reminder to pray for those closest to you (thumb); those who instruct you (pointer); those who are your leaders or "jefes" (tallest finger); those who are weak (ring finger);  and last for yourself (pinky). Our mini-VBS included tracing our hands and doing the Hokey-Pokey, which we think was a first for the kids and a big hit with all ages.  The children here are truly a family with the older children helping the young ones.  Our team had a great time creating the event and working together. The ministry here is multi-generational at its best.  Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
